If I recall correctly, the "Hot" list doesn't really refer to how sexy someone is. Which is why the list changes over time.

I really like OmeaReader. I agree, however: it was "too much." Currently, I'm using Attensa 2.0 for Outlook. I also fopund RSS Bandit to be pretty good; the next version is in beta. I haven't tried it, though.

Kyle: Kanellos' argument has many problems. That hardly excuses a poor response. At best, you're decending to their level. At worst, you're damaging your own stand. Also, I don't know if you've heard -- but I'm apparently the Eminem of Mac Users. How about you show a little respect?

Interesting, but not for me. I'd like a variant of the New York Times - Times Reader that did universal RSS. Now THAT is a beautiful way to read the news.

This is rather substantial. It's a whole strategy shift for Microsoft. It also takes the wind out of OpenDocument in many respects. I can't see it gaining much traction now.
So what would the iPhone be if it were ever let out in the wild?

If you didn't assume the iPhone would be a success, this'd be a better article. As it is, there are a couple of minor points:

There were rumours back 'round November 10th, if I recall correctly, that Sony only managed to ship 200,000 Playstation 3s to North America. Somewhat sad to see that they were spot on.
